It also has an integrated double wardrobe. There are ´baby silent´ light / fans in the bedrooms for additional comfort. Both bedrooms have been repainted in the last 12 months.

Internally, all the doors and frames have been renewed to a high finish. The villa benefits from gas central heating throughout with a heated wall mounted towel rail to the bathroom.

To the rear of the villa is a well-maintained garden with hedges to the perimeter and a grass lawn. This is lovely area to enjoy relaxing in the sun or even having a nice lunch or evening meal al fresco. A wooden garden table and 6 chairs are provided.

On exiting the villa via the front door there is an enclosed external staircase leading to a large solarium (sun terrace) equipped with sun loungers, a heated spa / jacuzzi, perfect for an evening chill. The solarium also holds a large circular metal table and cushioned chairs which can house a fire pit to keep you warm or an ice bucket to keep your drinks chilled.
